They refuse to drop you back at your hotel and drop you 12 miles away and tell you to pay for a private taxi to your hotel despite the tour offering hotel pick up and drop off. I don’t recommend this tour. The staff are rude, aggressive and confrontational when it was pointed out to them that hotel drop off was included in the tour.”
